We have increased the space in both loft bedrooms by repositioning the roof pitch to be more flat. This also allows for more spaces to fit storage!
We have switched regular OSB boards for a new type of board called Durelis. Durelis are made from 100% recovered wood which is amazing for reducing our carbon footprint.
We include an MVHR (Mechanical ventilation heat recovery system) in all of our homes to regulate the air temperature and air quality daily.
Our base package now offers luxury underfloor heating for the health conscious. This replaces the wood burner and provides an additional space for an extra solar panel providing off-grid heating!
We have received an official EPC rating category A with a score of 95. Between 91-100 is an EPC-A.
